Reviewed by: Erica Grandjean, APD, BNutr&Diet

Here are seven delicious sweet snacks that contain 100 calories or less, so you can satisfy your cravings without breaking the calorie bank.

1. Frozen cherries

It may be getting colder but you can still find some good cherries at your local supermarket. Simply pop one cup into a zip-lock bag and freeze until hard.

2. Chocolate Bananas

If you really can’t survive without chocolate, cut half a banana into 3 to 4 thick slices, and skewer each slice with a toothpick.

Dip the lower half into some melted dark chocolate (minimum 80% cocoa solids). Freeze until the chocolate has hardened.
