• Dane Pollock, BPED
    Dane is an experienced Support Crew member in our Trainer/Fitness team and has always been passionate about helping people to live their healthiest and most rewarding lives. After completing a Bachelor in Physical Education, her initial plan of becoming a PE teacher took a turn as she started teaching Group Fitness at Les Mills and went on to train as a Personal Trainer. Group Fitness then took her travels globally as she worked as a trainer and presenter for Les Mills in Australia, the UK and NZ and as a Group Fitness Manager across various clubs around the world. As an avid runner, Dane loves looking after our 12WBT runners.
    • Daniela Mondello, BNutrDiet
      Daniela is a dietitian on the 12WBT Support Crew. She has a degree in Nutrition & Dietetics and has a passion for educating and coaching others on how to live a healthy and happy lifestyle. Daniela has worked in hospitals and private clinics and has a strong interest in weight management with lots of experience working with both adults and children in helping them to achieve better health goals. She also has experience with clients who have undergone bariatric surgery.
      • Erica Grandjean, APD, BNutr&Diet
        Erica is a dietitian and trainer on the 12WBT Support Crew. She has completed a degree in Nutrition & Dietetics and loves helping people to enjoy, and have fun with, delicious food. With 10 years of experience as a Les Mills Group Fitness Instructor, Erica thrives on coaching people to move their bodies, sweat and get excited about reaching for big (and little) goals!
        • Georgi Galea
          Georgi is part of the 12WBT’s Site Admin/Tech Team and this team’s focus is on assisting our members on anything outside the realms of Nutrition and Fitness. There is a lot that goes on behind the scenes and this team is responsible for ensuring it runs smoothly. Georgi holds a degree in Fine Arts and Visual Communication and readily applies her creative skillset to her role within the 12WBT Site/Admin Tech Team.
          • Isabella Dugan
            Isabella is the most recent addition to our 12WBT Support Crew, joining the team as our self-confessed writing and publishing nerd. There's nothing she won't learn and write about, in the hopes of educating, inspiring and challenging our member's mindset and their expectations. Isabella is an avid runner and has been playing team sports since the age of 4 (!) and has been cooking and loving food since the age of 14 when she switched to a vegetarian diet (now vegan). So if you're in the market for a showstopping scrambled tofu recipe, hit her up.
            • Lisa Donaldson, APD, M.Nutr&Diet, B.Edu
              Lisa is the Lead Dietitian for 12WBT. With a Masters in Nutrition & Dietietics as well as a Bachelor of Education, Lisa is keen to help all 12 Weekers understand how to achieve health for life. Lisa studied Sports Dietetics at the Australian Institute of Sport and has a keen interest in gastrointestinal health. A highly regarded communicator, Lisa is a spokesperson for the Dietitians Association of Australia, the ‘Dietitian in Residence’ at the University of Canberra and a lecturer at the Australian Defence Force Academy. She has also been an expert on ABC Television’s Ask the Dr Series.
              • Michelle Bridges, Master Trainer
                Michelle is Australia’s most influential personal trainer, a best selling fitness, nutrition and mindset author, a national commentator on weight issues and has thousands of online clients with amazing weight loss results – it’s no wonder she is one of Australia’s most highly regarded health and fitness experts!
                • Stephanie King BAppSc (Ex&SpSc), MBus (Marketing)
                  With a strong passion for human health, nutrition and physiological functioning, Stephanie lives and breathes all things wellness. Her Bachelor of Applied Science in Exercise and Sport allowed her to delve deeply into the inner workings of the human body and develop a strong understanding of how to integrate physical activity with disease prevention and the promotion of good health, rehabilitation, nutrition and sports performance. If she’s not training at the gym or going for runs, you’ll find her sipping on an iced long black near one of Sydney’s harbour or beach spots!
                  • Todd Liubinskas, Cert III & Cert IV Fitness
                    From the moment I could walk and talk, I have been involved in fitness. I remember my dad taking me to train with him when I was five years old – we were running up and down sand hills and sprinting up and down stadiums. 31 years later, my passion for good health and wellbeing hasn’t changed. My focus is on Strength and Conditioning training and I've founded four fitness business. I love this industry and I love helping people discover or rediscover the joy of exercising, and the impact this has on their overall wellbeing and quality of life.
